- die Zimmerausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bedürfte einer Renovation

Breakfast, very bad coffee, December 6th , my wife asked the girl with the long hair, (not the one who ask which room you have) for fried eggs she answered impolite that my wife had to go and order by her self outside

« Hôtel très pratique et petit déjeuner extra. »
J'étais à Cali pour la COP, comme à peu près tout le monde à cette période là. Très bon accueil le soir de mon arrivée (dans la nuit), même si j'avais fait le fast check in avant cela n'avait pas été pris en compte mais ce n'est pas très grave. Suite spacieuse mais assez mal insonorisée vers l'extérieur. Pour autant, je n'ai pas entendu les autres hôtes dans les autres chambres et le couloir. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et le personnel très attentif et agréable. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas très bien en chambre (7e étage) mais c'était très fluide au RDC. Point particulier qui pourrait être amélioré : les échanges en amont qui n'étaient pas très réactifs. Nous avons relancé plusieurs fois pour caler un transport depuis l'aéroport.
